We spent our skiing week here. Perfect hotel for children who are well welcomed. Location very close to the lifts with a very short walk. The entertainment team collects the children after ski school and the children eat with entertainment. The afternoon activities are beautiful and the kiddy club space is beautiful. Absolutely solid hotel for families.
Fantastic food, incredibly nice service, a farm with animals and a playground at the hotel, child care and a hot tub.
You should simply know that the hotel is often used as a stopover by motorcyclists.
We were there with a one-year-old child. What we noticed negatively: sockets are unsecured everywhere, there is only the whirlpool for children to splash around in, it is basically a normal hotel that says it is child-friendly.
Price/performance was completely right for us.
I returned a few days ago after staying a week with my family. Very nice hotel, but first of all there is no bidet or minibar in the room which would have been more convenient with a child instead of going down to the bar every time to ask for the milk they kept there. Then they call themselves a family hotel but that's not really the case, there is a lack of well-structured entertainment as it should be in a real family, everything seems to be left a bit to chance. For the rest we were fine.
Simply a great hotel! Very well-kept rooms and an attentive cleaning service. Great sun terrace. The restaurant has excellent regional cuisine and super friendly staff. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I'm looking forward to my next vacation in this great hotel.
